Journaling to Find Your Goals
The first thing you need to do when journaling your goals is free your mind. You may have a lot of others things on your mind preventing you from identifying goals in your life.
The next thing you want to do is write down all of your hopes and dreams. Write down everything you would like to do now and in the future, no matter if it's realistic or not. The point here is to find out what you want out of life without anything holding you back.
Now that you have your hopes and dreams written down, take a step back and look at what is on the paper. You probably have at least five goals you can start working towards now. Take these goals and present them to your life coach so you both can come up with a plan of action to reach them.

You have your goals ready and your life coach is ready to help you. The next step in your journey with a life coach is figuring out what you need to do to accomplish your goals. This plan will be as detailed as possible to guide you to what you want to achieve. Your life coach will help you establish mini-goals along the way so you feel accomplished and rewarded.
Life can get hectic and you can lose sight of what you want to accomplish. If you fall behind, your life coach gives you encouragement and gets you back on track. Having support and someone who will be with you every step of the way will ensure you reach your goals and improve your life.
